:I'd also suggest another way.. I have the same length and thickness of hair and I do apply a lot of oil.. but using that much of shampoo for one wash is not feasible for me..so what I do is 1/

but what if the oil in my ends doesn't get rinsed out? i shampoo twice with sulfates (pantene volume shampoo, clarifying) and my ends are still oily after. do i shampoo my ends atp??
