@coach.bluee: Professional calisthenics athlete for 8 years… I promise you this will get you your muscle up (Save this) Let’s level up ⬆️ DRILLS 1️⃣High pulls Push the bar away from your chest as possible 🚫 Not under the bar 2️⃣Assisted jumps Push the bar away from you and think about making a “C” around the bar 3️⃣Negatives As slow as possible on your way down Keep legs in front This will work all muscle fibers necessary for a strong muscle up 4️⃣Jump muscle up This is the final state when you kinda got it but just need to work on strengthening the movement a little more.
