@pressplaymediacompany: #pressplay▶️: 21 year old elementary school volunteer #ThomasRyanElliot of #northcarolina has reportedly been arrested for "felony secret peeping" amid being caught on camera putting his phone under a woman’s dress in #Target & taking photos. A customer heard in the video recorded Elliot after she felt he was following her in the children’s section and displaying suspicious behavior. According to @mynbc15, Elliott was previously arrested following the incident but was later released after posting a $5k bond. He was later arrested and booked into the Johnston County Detention Center under a $20k secured bond on Tuesday, April 16 according to the Greenville Police Department. Detectives are also aware of Elliott’s previous employment in several school settings and are working closely with those employers and neighboring law enforcement agencies to review additional camera footage for any other potential victims. We’ll update you here as the situation develops.
