Whole Milk 1/2 C. Sugar (more or less to your liking) Pinch of Salt Bring ingredients to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat and let the milk mixture simmer for 35-45 minutes till it condenses by half. Carefully strain through a mesh strainer. Allow condensed milk to cool. Condensed milk will thicken as it cools. Store in an airtight glass container in the fridge for upto a month 😁
