These mini egg protein balls taste like cookie dough!! @KoRo UK and Ireland 🇬🇧🇮🇪 #Ad Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup almond butter (from @kORO) 1/4 cup maple syrup (from @kORO) 1/4 cup pea protein (from @kORO) 1/2 cup crushed mini eggs Chocolate chips or chunks (as desired) 1/4 cup coconut oil Almond flakes for topping Additional mini eggs for decoration Instructions: 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, pea protein, crushed mini eggs, and chocolate chips. 2. Take a small handful of the mixture using an ice cream scoop and roll it between your palms to form a compact ball. Repeat this process until you have nine equally sized mini egg protein balls. 3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth. 4. Cover the balls with the melted chocolate using a spoon. Place the chocolate-coated balls on a parchment paper-lined tray. 5. While the chocolate coating is still soft, sprinkle almond flakes on top of each ball. Decorate with additional mini eggs for an extra festive touch. 6. Place the tray in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate coating has hardened. 7. Once the mini egg protein balls are firm, remove them from the refrigerator and enjoy. They are pretty much good in the fridge for 5-7 days but they really won’t last that long :) Use code DUBLINFOOD for 5% off your Koro order! #minieggrecipe #miniegg #minieggproteinballs #proteinballs #recipes #fyp #cookingtiktok
