My go to cardio is 10 mins at max at a brisk pace that you can keep WITHOUT holding on to the handles, and then going to like 3 incline at a faster pace.

12-3-30 is a nice theory but you def need to adjust for your height. Also if you have tight calf’s adjust the height to avoid injury
