Holiday Eggnog Cheesecake🎄✨  What’s more festive than combining creamy cheesecake with the warm, spiced goodness of eggnog? This indulgent dessert is the perfect showstopper for your holiday table, made even more special with homemade eggnog!   For the Homemade Eggnog  - 480 ml (2 cups) whole milk   - 240 ml (1 cup) heavy cream   - 3 large egg yolks - 100 g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar   - 1 g(1/4 tsp) each ground nutmeg,  ground cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, cardamon - 60 ml (1/4 cup) bourbon or rum (optional)     For the Cheesecake   - 150 g (1 1/2 cups) graham cracker crumbs   - 50 g (1/4 cup) granulated sugar   - 85 g (6 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted   For the Cheesecake Filling  - 340g (16 oz) cream cheese, softened   - 200 g (1 cup) granulated sugar    - 3 large eggs   - 240 ml (1 cup) homemade eggnog   -60g(1/2) cup flour  1️⃣ Make the eggnog: Heat the milk and cream until steaming. Whisk 3 eggs with sugar, then add  the hot milk. Return to the stove and cook until thickened. Stir in spiced and bourbon. Cool completely.   2️⃣ Prepare the crust: Combine in the blender graham cracker, sugar, and melted butter. Cover 8 inch (ca. 20 cm) spring form pan with parchment paper. Add the crumbs mixture and press with a glass into a  pan and bake at 165°C (325°F) for 10 minutes.   3️⃣ Create the filling:Beat cream cheese with sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in cooled eggnog then flour.  4️⃣ Pour the filling over the crust. Place the spring form pan in a larger roasting pan and add hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides. Bake for 60–70 minutes, or until the edges are set, and the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven, and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.   5️⃣ Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.   6️⃣ Decorate as you wish and serve.  💡 Tips:  - Ensure the eggnog is completely cooled before adding it to the filling.   - Use room-temperature cream cheese to achieve a smooth texture.
