@brett.booker: I’ll NEVER forget how I felt after walking out of prison, hugging my Dad, and deeply exhaling! 😮‍💨 That breath represented everything I had held within for 8 LONG YEARS!! 📆 All the pressure and stress of not being able to even fathom or comprehend what serving an 11.5 year federal sentence would look like! ⛓️ Not being able to see my family, live out my full potential, the solitary confinement, getting shipped on ConAir all across the country … all of it!! 😣 It’s crazy to think about because I went to prison as kid, at just 20 years old! Yet wouldn’t change a thing!
