oreo cinnamon rolls 🖤 so fluffy & soft omgggg.    recipe: dough: 3/4 cup WARM milk(180ml) 1/4 cup melted butter(57g) 1/4 cup sugar(50g) 2 1/4 tsp yeast(7g) 1 egg & 1 yolk ( room temp ) 3 cups of flour(360g) 1/4 tsp salt(1g) 3 crushed @OREO    mix the warm milk with sugar & yeast and let sit for 5 mins to froth up. then add in your melted butter and eggs and mix. add your dry ingredients and knead until smooth. ( if your dough is too sticky add olive oil to your workplace & hands try not to add more flour, it keeps the dough fluffy instead of dense. )    let your dough rest covered for 1-1.5 hours, until doubled in size. roll out your dough.  filling:   1/3 cup melted butter(76g) 1/2 cup brown sugar(100g) 6-7 crushed oreos( about 1/2 cup ) 2 tsp cinnamon (8g) some crushed oreos to spread on top 1/4 cup heavy cream to pour over rolls  combine everything and spread on the dough, make sure to get the edges. i added too many oreos so my filling was a bit hard to spread, but i filled it in with crushed oreos !roll your dough up into however many rolls you want. ( i did 8 ) let rest for another 30 mins covered. pour heavy cream over top before baking at 350•F for 20-25 minutes. ( you may need longer, also if your rolls start browning before they’re done tent with foil ) let cool before adding icing.    cream cheese frosting:   2 tbsp soft butter (room temp)(28g) 4 oz cream cheese (room temp)(113g) 1 tsp vanilla bean paste(5g) 1 cup - 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar (120-180g)   whip butter and cream cheese until fluffy, then add in your vanilla and powdered sugar, continue whipping until you have your desired consistency. if it’s too thick add heavy cream, or even maple syrup :). spread over warm(not hot) rolls and enjoy :)    #oreo #cinnamonrolls #Recipe #baking #fyp
