At 8 weeks old I laid both my babies down at midnight and they slept until 6. Some people thought I was crazy but I was thankful for the long stretch.

I have a tip that you may already know but doesn’t wonders for us. Heating pad in the bassinet to warm up the mattress and remove right before laying down.

So they make these same swaddles but with a zipper on the bottle so you don’t have to undo the swaddle and it was a GAME CHANGER for me because like you said you’re half asleep!! 😂

I STARTED BEDTIME ROUTINE AT 9 AND IT WORKED GREAT. SHE WOKE UP 1 TIME THEN AFTER BEING FED CHANGED AND SWADDLE. I LSID HER BACK IN HER BASSINET AND SHE SLEEPS TIL 8 SOMETIMES 9 . I LOVE SEEING YOU
