I’m salary, BUT I work my EXACT hours, never more. I am not in the same position where my hours outweigh the money I make. However I have to advocate for personal time & I make damn sure I get it.

1- previous job: they started making millions a month and got the idea to put people on salary. A guy went from $15/hr +OT to $30K/salary w/out OT wasn’t asked just told he would be with no bonuses.
