had this happen to me during dental procedure, dentist put his thumbs on my lower molars pushed down and pulled my jaw out and put it back in place.

I dislocated mine while sneezing one done 😅😅 it was so painful, I ignored it for 4 days till I finally went to the Dr.. sneezed while waiting and it went back on its own 😂
