Run a jumper from the positive on your battery to the load side of the fuse in question if it fixes the problem then it means you have a bad connection between the battery and the fuse block

You have a bad ground check your grounds on the amp and the car stereo ground try grounding it in another place

Resistance in the wire. It’s broken somewhere. Find a wiring diagram to see what it connects to and chase it to find the break

I doubt radio and amp are on 7.5a fuse, if that is the case, remove fuse and then measure voltage, it could some kind of short in amp maybe, but I'm pretty sure that's not your radio fuse
