Thank you 😊 I have not exercised in at least 20 years. I tried doing the grow with Jo beginner workout and it was way beyond me. I just did this routine and I a breathing harder so it definitely is a workout for me but I was able to complete it and I think that is so important when you are starting out with exercise to not get discouraged 🩷
