@boat.zone: FWC has identified the two suspects who were throwing trash from the barrels into the Atlantic Ocean. Although the investigation remains open, FWC said it is working with the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office on "appropriate charges" Florida's litter law says that someone dumping litter that weighs 15 pounds or less can be fined $150, but it is not a criminal offense. If the litter exceeds 15 pounds but is under 500 pounds, it is a first-degree misdemeanor. FWC asked anyone who has "direct knowledge of this incident and would like to come forward" to contact its Wildlife Alert Hotline at 888-404-3822. ➡️Follow @Boat.Zone for more original boat action videos. #BoatZone #BocaBash #BreakingNews

they should confiscate that expensive boat and pay heavy fines like in what that boat costs and should not be allowed back on the water coming from a boat captain and as beautiful as the ocean is
