I am a gym girl, but I've never been skinny, yet I live a very healthy lifestyle. and I see so many other gum goers who start their day with a coffe and a cigarette and rum on energy drinks all day and despite their muscular body I seriously doubt they are objectively healthier than me with my healthy lifestyle

I was SA'D at 17yrs old. After that My World Changed. I Ballooned up to 425lbs. My Mental Health was Nonexistent. I didn't care anymore. It took years to undo what 1 man and 1 hour did to me. That was 26yrs ago and everyday is a struggle. People have Trauma, Health, Mental Health and Living Circumstances where they have to eat what they can get. Some people can eat what they want and never gain weight, Others can walk into the Kitchen and just breathe and gain weight. Everyone has their own path in live and that affects Your Weight!

Excuses all I hear some ppl gotta work harder then other but results comes to ppl don’t give up 40 percent of American is over weight n we lead in cancer patients excuses I seen ppl that have no legs go to the gym and eat healthy where their is a will their will always be a way
