It’s my 12th day on this diet, trust me guys u have to do this, my skin got so so so soo much clearer, i sleep better, im less bloated, i have 0 craving for fast food or sugar anymore, and in general my mood became so much better! I 100% recommend doing this, the first week is super difficult but after that it’s so much easier and you will see so many benefits! You just have to stay motivated and consistent.
