@stephanyvicx: Hi friends! Here’s what I cook for client for dinner as a private chef. For the appetizer i prepared a vermicelli noodle salad with cilantro, mint, Thai basil, carrots, red cabbage a spicy peanut dressing & some crispy mushrooms over butter lettuce. The entree was a Thai green coconut curry with bell peppers, green beans & carrots topped with pan seared cod fish.
