See I would day grow it. You have a big curl unlike tighter smaller curls. It’s not giving the look you would try and achieve. Sounds bonkers but you could perm the top to give the formation . X

Have some caramel hi lights and emphasise more of your eyes less blusher, also blow dry front perimeter into bigger curls will give a softer look, hope you don’t mind me giving you my ideas 😊❤️

Your hair is fab but maybe go a bit shorter at the back for contrast. I use claw clips around the top to get more volume maybe worth a try.
