I pick a category and then go A-Z trying to think of words that fit. I am moderately claustrophobic and I fall asleep during MRIs now 😂

The best trick I’ve found: walk through a grocery store, the one I go to ALL the time, and put things in my cart as I go through the alphabet. A - apple, b - banana, etc.
