@kelly.cooks: Bak Chor Mee Soup is my home’s staple food. I make them on repeat! They are quick, easy, flavourful and a hit with the kids! I’m gonna show you how to do it. Serves 4 Prep 5 mins Cook 5 mins Ingredients 2 packets of @DongNanFoods Premium Clear Bone Broth 280g minced pork 400ml water 400g noodles Salt to taste Some fried garlic Handful of coriander leaves 2 birds eye chili, chopped (optional) 400g noodles (after it’s cooked) 1. In a large bowl, place the minced pork and add water in. Mix until they look like a paste. 2. Pour the pork bone broth in a pot over medium heat and let it simmer before adding in the minced pork mixture. Let it cook for a couple of minutes until the soup turns clear. 3. Add salt to taste. 4. Prepare noodles per packaging’s instruction. Place them in a bowl and pour the soup over it.
