A quick Google search: 60ft narrow boat = £60K to £150K, mooring fees = £2K to £4K pa. So for this £85K + £250 pm mooring fees?

Ahhhh I'm sure that " Clean" murky water must smell great at times and the clarity of it is hypnotizing. Love the boat, but wouldn’t live there
