@_cookwithmi: Replying to @beydi🐻ིྀ better late than never right 😅 Beef chow mein recipe: 500g rump steak thinly sliced 1 TBSP soy sauce 1 TBSP sesame oil 1.5tsp baking soda Corn flour 400g fresh egg noodles 1 onion sliced 6 cloves garlic shopped 300g mixed veggies 2 TBSP soy sauce 2 TBSP dark soy sauce 2 TBSP oyster sauce 1 TBSP kecap manis (optional) 1 TBSP honey 1 TBSP sesame oil 4 TBSP oil Fresh chopped chilli (optional) Fresh chopped spring onion 1. Marinate the steak in soy sauce, sesame oil and baking soda. Leave for 15-20 minutes. 2. Coat the beef in corn flour. 3. In a hot large pan or wok add 2 TBSP oil and stir fry onions, garlic and mixed veggies for about 2-3 minutes. Set aside. 4. Into the hot pan or wok add about 2 TBSP oil and add in the beef and separate them in the pan. Do this in batches if needed to make sure they’re not crowded in the pan. Leave it for 2 minutes until browned on one side then flip and cook for another minute. 5. Add in the veggies, egg noodles and sauces, stir fry for 5-6 minutes until cooked and well combined. 6.
