Here is rhe recipe: Ingredients: * 50 grams of oats * 1 tablespoon of chia seeds * 1 tablespoon of peanut butter * 120 grams of your choice of milk * 1 scoop of protein powder For the topping: * 120 grams of Greek yogurt * 1 scoop of protein powder * Extra peanut butter and berries for garnish Instructions: 1. In a bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, peanut butter, milk, and protein powder. Stir until well mixed. 2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, allowing the oats to soak and thicken. 3. In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with a scoop of protein powder. Refrigerate this mixture as well. 4. Once the oats have set, spoon the Greek yogurt mixture on top. 5. Garnish with a dollop of peanut butter and a generous helping of berries. 6.
