I'm currently recovering from a complete tear of pcl, mcl,acl and dislocation of patella and let me tell you after surgery it ain't easy to go back to normal it's going to take time

Damn happen to me years ago in July 2022 Sunday league completely torn ACL ortho repaired it and till this day knee never been the same. I regret going towards the ball ⚽️that wasn’t necessary

I literally just injured my knee at this exact park on Monday 😬🥲 so far they said it looks sprained but still need an MRI done to check on my ligaments and tendons 🙏🏼

I just had knee surgery on my tibia too! Plate and 6 pins with bone graft also :( good luck with it all!

I did this 2 weeks ago playing football, exactly how you did yours. My acl is completely snapped and my meniscus is split, I sprained my mcl and my lcl and I’ll need surgery soon😭. I feel your pain x
