As a adjuster for the lizard I will not defend the company but will defend the adjuster as this is 100% not true. It’s part of the verification process and I personally have 50 new claims a week, yes per week. I can remember a name, but getting a file pulled up or remembering much about it till I have it brought up probably not. We are all very overworked and understaffed and the company is still doing layoffs and cuts.

Ya I don’t think it has anything to do about dehumanizing situations. Most people in the phone jobs have quotas, and unique values are much faster to look up than sorting through name search results
