Demikian itu disampaikan langsung oleh Kepala Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Lebak, Rully Edward.

Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Lebak, Provinsi Banten, telah resmi menerbitkan Peraturan Bupati (Perbup) Lebak, nomor 36 tahun 2025, terkait batasan jam operasional kendaraan angkutan galian C di wilayah Lebak. Demikian itu disampaikan langsung oleh Kepala Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Lebak, Rully Edward. "Sudah keluarkan Perbup nya," ujarnya saat ditemui di Gedung DPRD Lebak, Selasa (21/10/2025). Rully mengatakan, keluarnya Perbup nomor 36 tahun 2025 secara spesifik juga mengatur terkait sanksi bagi para pelanggar. Terdapat dua sanksi yang akan diberikan kepada para pelanggar, yakni sanksi administrasi dan hukum. "Jadi ada dua sanksi di dalam Perbup itu. Sanksi administrasi ada teguran satu dan seterusnya, maka akan ada denda. Dan pelanggaran lalu lintas undang-undang nomor 22 tahun 2009, tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan (UU LLAJ)," katanya. Rully mengungkapkan, di dalam Perbup jam operasional kendaraan angkutan galian C diperbolehkan beroperasi mulai pukul 21.00 WIB, sampai dengan pukul 05.00 WIB. "Operasi pukul 21.00 WIB sampai 05.00 WIB," ucapnya. Rully mengaku, akan segera mengadakan sosialisasi Perbup nomor 36 tahun 2025 untuk bulan pertama. "Kita adakan sosialisasi untuk bulan pertama. Selain sosialisasi, kita juga ada Satuan Tugas (Satgas)," ujarnya. Rully berharap, pihak pengusaha angkutan galian C dapat mengindahkan Perbub nomor 36 tahun 2025 tersebut. Day 4 - 370 CALORIE CREAMY PASTA 😋 Ingredients: * 150 g cooked pasta of choice * ½ tsp olive oil * 1 small (50g) onion * 50 g passata or tomato paste/puree * 30 g Philadelphia lightest cream cheese * 75 ml pasta water * 20 g low fat cheese * seasonings to taste Instructions: 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside 75ml of pasta water before draining. 2. In a small saucepan, sauté the onions in olive oil and cook over medium heat until nicely browned, about 2 minutes. Add the passata to the saucepan and mix in your seasonings. Cook over medium heat until bubbling, about 3 minutes. 3. Add in the cream cheese and pasta water, mix well and cook over medium heat until bubbling, about 3 minutes. Add the cheese and mix until it melts and combines with the sauce, then cook for a further 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. 4. Mix in the pasta until well coated with sauce, serve with a sprinkle of cheese and fresh parsley. Enjoy!
