SOMETIMES it’s worth it. Birthdays, holidays, and special occasions are the perfect time to liberalise your diet. The truth is, the FODMAP diet does not need to be implemented perfectly 100% of the time. One high-FODMAP meal does not mean you need to restart the entire process. You are allowed to make mistakes.
