@sarasimplepleasure: Cheese kabab Handi Ingredients Gola kabab 10 pcs You can use any,you can find recipe on my blog as well Onion 1 Ginger 1 inch garlic few cloves Oil 1/2 cup Hung curd/yogurt 1 cup Cream 1 cup/tetra pack Green chillies 3-4 Coriander leaves 1/4 cup Salt Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon Roasted crushed cumins 1/2 teaspoon Cheddar cheese 100 grams Coal for smoke Final touches Lemon Juice Cream Green chillies Recipe Take a pan add 2 tablespoons oil shallow fry kababs till beautiful golden,take them out and set aside! Sauté one sliced onions in the same pan,one it turns translucent add ginger garlic green chillies and coriander,sauté for 2 mins and add everything in yogurt with dry spices, make a blend and add your gola kababs. Cook them for about 5-7 minutes until oil separates Add cream and cheese and smoke it for 5 minutes. Step 2 Take a blender add sautéed onion,yogurt,1/2 cup cream,mint,coriander,green chillies and blend it into fine paste!
