my thing is schedule appointments accordingly meaning give yourself a lunch break , call out of course when needed and take mental days ( block off your schedule)

only time i had a bad exper. stylist told me day of, while standing outside her door that she couldnt do my hair bc her baby was sick. She lived FAR from me and I was crying bc my og cancelled already
