Tip: poke the middle with a toothpick, knife, etc. If you can see batter stick to it then it’s still raw in the middle. 👍

When I was little my mom taught me to stick a knife in the middle of cakes and corn bread if it came out clean it was ready. If raw batter sticks to the knife leave it in longer!
