I’ve just learned a couple years ago that you do not have to put in a two weeks notice unless it states in your contract with that company and weigh your options

When I quit, it’s a drawn out process that starts 6 mos in advance. I take all my PTO, vacation, & sick time. When I quit, I have none left & I quit on the spot. I’m not planning to come back, so ✌

I’ve had coworkers that if they were told that in two weeks they’re gone, they would’ve raised hell. Reluctantly I would have to agree with employers, some people can’t be trusted to behave.
