Dean, you're right, my USAA and Pentagon cards rates have changed but I do have 2 credit union cards that have stayed at 9%

I’ve only ever come across 1 card with a locked rate. I doubt that it even exists in todays world of cards. 🤣

And if your credit is good some comp Ies will offer you a 0 percent interest rate for a limited time…. With conditions.
