So for anyone wondering about the $82k- inflation calculator says that would be &280,000 in 2023. The average house cost in Australia is about $700,000. So yes, even with inflation, shits hard 🤣

It’s not relative to what people are earning now. I lived in Sydney and to buy a house we had to relocate to WA and build. It’s not perfect and not what we ‘dreamed’ but it got us on the 🪜
