@euniceloisss: Salted Egg Kangkong Chips 🍃 Dip: 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 2 tbsp Sour cream powder 2 tbsp Water Batter: 1 cup All purpose Flour 1/2 cup Cornstarch 1 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Onion powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 tsp Baking Powder Set Aside 1/2 cup for the dredge Then add: 2 pcs Egg whites 3/4 cups Cold Water Mix until incorporated then keep it cold. Wash the Kangkong leaves in ice water, then dry. Dip in the batter and then coat with the dredge. Fry on medium high heat until crispy and golden brown.
