Those baby hairs are also new hair growth. Hair goes through cycles and that's why you notice new small hairs growing

Be careful where you purchase. I got a bottle of baby oil from an online purchase claiming to be Color WOW, which I absolutely love. Talk about disappointing !

Ok but if we’re being honest you got good coverage for someone who did it themselves and at home. I’ve never seen that much blonde in a failed blonde attempt. I know it broke off but it looked good😅
