Along with a refreshing, sweet, skilky mango sorbet for a total price of £8.84😍🤑 Ingredients from ASDA: - Tomatoes 69p - Red onion 18p - Lime 25p - Broccoli 79p - Soy sauce 59p - Potatoes 90p - Seabass £2.89 - Lemon 30p - Frozen mango £2.25 TOTAL £8.84 Method for roasted sea bass: Total cook time: Approx 35-40 minutes  Pre heat oven at 230c 1. Slice the baby potatoes in half and add to a baking tray with red onion. Drizzle a good amount olive oil so the potatoes are covered, paprika, garlic granuals, salt and pepper and place in the oven for 12 minutes 2. Turn the heat down to 220c, and add broccoli florets to the baking tray. Drizzle with soy sauce and lemon zest.. make sure to mix the broccoli in with the potatoes, so that everything is coated. You can also a bit more olive oil on the broccoli if needed. Cook for a further 13 minutes. 3. Lastly still at 220c, add in the tomatoes and seabass, and season the seabass with paprika, a drizzle of soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper and a knob of butter. Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes (check instructions on packet as might be slightly different). Enjoy🥰 Method for Mango Sorbet🥭 Total cook time: 5-10 minutes  1. in a small pan heat up 70ml of water with 50g sugar and a whole lime. Once the sugar dissolves move to a cup and let to chill 2. In a blender add the whole pack of frozen mango and the chilled lime liquid. Blend together until you have your sorbet mixture.
