I am hoping that research into hormone levels for GAD will happen. All my crisis times were around hormonal shifts eg PND, pkt and then perimenopause.

I had that after my first child was born, it was rotten😳 nearly a Yr of it, I started taking magnesium & vit B and it gradually went away, exercise & change of scenery is helpful too
