@_jacobking: ZUCCHINI/COURGETTE SCARPACCIA 🥒 written recipe below 👇🏾 This thin, crispy and chewy Italian tart (or flatbread?) is super easy to make, its full of vegetables and olive oil which makes for a such a tasty treat! 👇🏾method👇🏾 -3 courgettes -1 large red onion -1 cup plain white flour -big pinch salt n pepper -1 tsp garlic/onion/basil/oregano -few tbsp olive oil 👇🏾method👇🏾 -thinly slice the courgette and onion then salt and leave to sit for up to 2hrs. -squeeze out the liquid from the veggies, then mix with the flour and seasonings before adding the veggies. You want a wet batter so add more liquid/less flour if necessary. -place on a oily greased tray, flaten and spread out evenly, oil on top then bake for 45mins @ 200°, allow to cool slightly then serve and enjoy. #scarpaccia #italy #italian #italianfood #courgette #zucchini #tart #Recipe #recipes #food #vegetables #baking #baker #EasyRecipe
