Because of capping on rent and pressure zone all landlords selling house nowadays , it's going to be the days there won't be enough properties for rent, only people who has enough money to pay deposit to buy house only can survive here.

im 40, 3 kids working fulltime. im the housing list 16 years was told it will be another 10, my eldest will be 26 when i get housed. im broke from paying rent becuase im not earnijg enough to get a mortgage.
