@johngs: Loaded Olive Oil – recipe below – I love love anything dippy and whilst scrolling on my phone over the weekend, a flavoured olive oil popped up by @cookwithchay – it’s loaded with garlic, sun dried tomatoes, olives and smoked paprika. I gave it a go over the weekend and it’s so lush that I wanted to share it with you guys. It loves crusty bread, crispy veg and cold wine. Chaaya thanks for the insp. I love it x JGS There is no set recipe for this one – just prep anything and mix it up to your taste – you could add in chilli, pine nuts, basil, pistachios capers etc. This is what I used…. Extra Virgin Olive Oil Balsamic vinegar Lemon juice Finely chopped parsley Grated garlic Finely chopped sundried tomatoes, almost mushed Finely sliced, pitted olives Grated Parmesan Smoked paprika Sea salt
