My Mom is on 3 blood pressure medications and she just started taking the beetroot chews, is this dangerous? I figured after her blood pressure came down, then the Dr. would take her off those prescriptions!

Hi ! I have no health conditions. I do take Spirinolactone for my acne, and my blood pressure is 103/70 on average. I just discovered beet juice and it’s so delicious 😭😭😭 should I not drink daily

Would the combination of beets, bananas, and propel drink be dangerous due to potassium? I have POTS and am trying to increase electrolyte levels but don’t want to overdo it

🙋🏾♀️Hi Doc..I have kidney issues which lowered my potassium I take Amiloride 5mg tabs ..Plus I have CHF so is it a problem for me to eat beets occasionally?

I’m 54 .. type 2 diabetes, on Metformin. On Aspirin and cholesterol med. My BP is always at 135/85 .. is that fine.
