@stephanyvicx: Here’s everything I made for my client. For dinner I prepared crispy rice topped with spicy ahi tuna & caviar. The main dish consisted of a roasted carrot & garlic puree topped with a steamed sake ginger sea bass with a tamari reduction and a side of grilled ginger garlic broccolini.
