Holbein gouache primary color set(5 colors) is pretty affordable and that's what I've been using! You can learn how to mix color as well

forever gonna recommend tubes and russian gouache, letting all the hime colours dry out all in once is suchhh a product flaw

Genuinely, if you wanna paint just buy the primary holbien set the himi sets are super wasteful and the reactivated goiache is just not fun to use

gouache too expensive for me so i just mix some white of it with watercolors and pretend its fine (works with my style so i guess its okay)
