My 1st grade teacher would physically and verbally abuse some of the kids in my class. I think she was fresh out of college then. I’m 36 now and we’ve been Facebook friends for years now. I’ve always wanted to let her know that I remember what she did.

As a mom of a Special Needs child, I think there should be cameras in every class that parents can check in on classroms!

This is happening a lot in SPED classrooms. They aren’t qualified & understaffed. Mine is a freshman w/ADHD & an IEP. The SPED teacher called my son to ha face “Frikken stupid” when he couldn’t answer

If you don’t have the heart nor the patience don’t work with our kiddos with special needs please don’t choose this career path… Because you will run into a parent that will find out, advocate and end your career with far more repercussions .. I strongly feel that cameras should be a must in special ed classrooms..

This is an OLD problem throughout the nation. Nothing will actually be solved. My son is one of millions of special needs kids getting bullied by admin. This needs white cowboy hats.
