Better have a condensation neutralizer filter, tankless water heater condensation is HIGHLY acidic and will absolutely EAT that laundry sink waste line AWAY. UPC code.

Currently have the same issue, mine just drips in a bucket currently and dump it from time to time. May eventually need to route to pipe in crawlspace.
