@mariumsfoodchannel: Chicken Malai Tikka Recipe (With and Without Oven) Do try this delicious, tender and smoky chicken malai tikka! You can easily make it at home-I’ve shared two methods: oven & pan. Perfect for Eid and your next family dinner😋 🌟Ingredients •850g chicken (thighs, cut into tikka-sized pieces) •250g thick yogurt •1/2 cup fresh cream •Juice of 1 lemon •2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste •1 tbsp green chili paste •1 tsp garam masala powder •1 tsp black pepper powder •1 tsp white pepper powder •1/2 tsp cardamom powder •1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves •1 tsp cumin powder •Salt to taste •3 tbsp oil •Fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped) •Charcoal for smoke •Bamboo skewers First Marination Combine chicken, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Second Marination: •Add yogurt, fresh cream, green chili paste, all spices, oil, and coriander leaves. Mix well refrigerate for 24 hours. Let marinated chicken sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.Heat charcoal until red hot place it in foil in the bowl with chicken drizzle with oil cover to trap smoke for 10 minutes. Pan Method: Thread chicken onto skewers heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat cook turning occasionally for 15-20 minutes. Oven Method: Preheat oven to 250°C.
