I think it flopped because the Mad Max franchise doesn't have a huge fanbase. Even Fury Road didn't make a lot of money. Maybe if Furiosa came out two years after Fury Road, it would've done better

Great movie. Re-watched Mad Max Fury Road after to check the links out between the two and they were spot on. My only qualm was, it was a little too long perhaps.

I loved MMFR but I actually agree that the trailer for Furiosa looks bad. Looks like there’s sooooo much more CGI than MMFR

I honestly thought it was a fake movie. I remember being shocked as he'll finding out it was real. watched it yesterday. give it a 6/10 visually stunning, but story & pacing are massive negatives
