Sir I need your assistance, I am located in Louisiana and need you to review my evidence. I have all of my evidence been a Walmart plus member over 3 years. It was a Walmart plus fee that was 105.80 when my membership has never been over $7. The driver/shopper deducted it off my card erased it from my payment history and then went to a few local businesses to get breakfast and lunch. walmart chat, customer service, A.I. employees all deny my refund because it is not listed out of 3 yrs of payment history that 1 month magically disappeared from my account on the app but clearly visible on my bank statement! I have been fighting this for 10 months, I have experienced mental and emotional trauma along with feelings of insanity because they are covering up for the crime. the person responsible for hiring this criminal as well as the lying customer service chat employees are all responsible for accessory after the fact and negligence by hiring the thieves and not supervising employee nor following up with investigating the countless reports about this crime. I screen recorded all communications so when I find the right lawyer they will change the way the hire and oversee internal fraud from their employees and useless A.I. agents. Please contact me if you can help me I'm a single mother of 2 we moved over an hour away from all our family and friends with no transportation that rely on the delivery services for supplies and groceries but will not stand for them stealing money that was not authorized from my bank account. I was sent an email address to submit my evidence then told by the customer call center supposedly the department right under their billing department's that billing doesn't even have a way to email them anything like they are covering up this crime in more ways than 1.

I was on crutches after surgery and it was raining. Walmart didn’t have any signs or rugs after you got into the store (not entry way) I fell. 4 employees followed me around the store till I left

Walmart’s doing the same to me right now. June 5th my family and I were traumatized, violated, and illegally detained. My 3 yr old was in the buggy while it was being snatched and jolted by 2 loss prevention while my 15 yr old daughter was being assaulted; false imprisonment, and detainment. I was detained for asserting my rights as her father while she was being interrogated and threatened by 6 adults one a police officer. Sane officer who assaulted, then handcuffed, then dragged my daughter to the LP room no Miranda, no lawful command. 26 days now both Walmart & Douglasville Pd has denied my request and demands for the body cam footage and Wal mart internal and external video.

My name is KELLYBESS and I’m looking for a lawyer in North Carolina to represent me in a case against Walmart in Shelby, North Carolina where I took my 75 inch green TV back hadn’t had it but two weeks and the manager and customer service said there was absolutely no way she would take it back And told the worker back there to help to walk with me outside but do not in any way load that TV back on my truck because we were fussing for an hour about that while I tried to load the TV on my truck I’ve had a stroke in my left leg. It’s amputated while I wear a prosthetic. I lifted the TV up my prosthetic snapped off my leg and I fell on the TV landed on me and I hit my head well as a result of this I had 2020 vision now it’s 2200 in the right eye I’m legally blindin the left eye 2150 due to the TV falling and me healing my head on the ground, I’m looking for representation because all of this is documented on video inside the store where I’m fussing with the manager and outside the store or she did not like the worker loaded on my truck and I had to do it myself and my Prosthetic come out a fire on the TV landed on me not busting my head. I’ve lost my eyesight and my leg was amputated and it’s in bad shape looking for Lawton that can represent me in the state of North Carolina. I worked in asset protection for Walmart. I can tell you as soon as an incident report comes in we save about 4 hours with of footage onto a DVD.
