I used to work with a guy who used to ask ‘ hi how are you can I help you I any way… answer no we are just looking’ He would then say ‘ are you a mystery shopper? 😂

i sold cars for 10 yrs, I was always genuine and asked " Would you like to drive this one?" always look like im helping someone else at the same time and hand my card and get the keys, let them be.

My thing was to approach the customer and they say first, just looking. First thing I did was snicker and yes it works. Not enough space to explain this but if you’re curious like and I’ll share more
